Mariners are advised that Natural England will be carrying out a benthic habitat survey between 6th -10th March within the Essex Estuaries SAC. The survey will be conducted from the Environment Agency Survey Vessel “Thames Guardian” and will be listening on VHF Channel 11 & 16 whilst within Crouch Harbour Authority district.

SAFETY Mariners are advised that Burnham Sailing Club's Pontoon has been severely damaged in this afternoon’s strong winds and is not to be used under any circumstances. Efforts will be made to safely secure all plastic components as the wind gradually eases. Mariners are kindly requested to keep a sharp look out and to notify the Harbour Authority if any components are seen floating in the river

Ski Licences will only be granted to vessels with an overall length, not greater than 7 metres. This measurement is to be taken from the stem and to include any Bathing Platform fitted.
